sherifflobo 137 Posted November 25, 2013 Share Posted November 25, 2013 Slaeter Fjorsstrom with the Vasteras Iron Eagles Defenseman Slaeter Fjorsstrom has been struggling to produce in the VHLM. Slated as an offensive defenseman coming into the league, Fjorsstrom has yet to show his offensive instincts. In 9 games, Fjorsstrom has just 1 point, an assist an a Cassius Dooley goal against the Bratslavia Watchmen. "It's been frustrating to say the least. Vasteras brought me in to help them win the cup this season, and I haven't been able to do contribute." Fjorsstrom also sports a -3 on the season with 4 penalty minutes, 15 hits and 14 blocked shots. With only one game left on the schedule, he'll need to pick up his play going into the playoffs. "I want to win a cup this season before being drafted by a junior team next season. The better I play now, the higher my draft stock will be. I want to go first overall, but I need to show I can play at this level first."
