Daring Do: Spawn of the Devil

So I was looking at the index to decide what to write today, and noticed something interesting - 14 games into the season, my player, Daring Do, sits at 6 goals and 6 assists. Slightly disappointed that she can't have a stat line of 6-6-6 since her points have to be 12 in that case, my eyes slid over to another column - the +/-. Here I noticed that she currently sits with a nice and neat +6 on the season, and thus a nice 666 across the board.

 

What does this mean? Perhaps it means that Daring Do is literally satan. Or maybe it just means that somehow the stars happened to align in such a way that her stat line sits poised perfectly on the day I chose to write my article. Either way it's pretty amusing and something that will likely change after this upcoming set of games, whether she picks up a point or is on the ice for a goal, for or against.

 

Just a weird thing I noted when looking at the stats for Saskatoon on my way to write a longer article, and figured I'd throw together a brief VHL.com article about it.
