Jeff Gow - What's Next?

SASKATOON, CANADA - Young winger Jeff Gow recently won the Founder's Cup with the Saskatoon Wild (more in A1) after joining the team at the trade deadline via the VHLM's priority waiver system. As a waiver player, Jeff will be a part of the Season 56 VHLM Dispersal Draft. Although he is expected to be a 1st round pick, there is a large number of players at the top of this VHLM Draft class. With that in mind, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Gow go anywhere from 2nd to 6th. When asked if he had a preference on where he wanted to play, Jeff had this to say:

 

"Do I have a preference? Yes, somewhat. There are a couple of teams that I would prefer to play for, but there isn't a team that I would refuse to play for. In the end, I'll be drafted and put in my one season of work. I want to win a second Founder's Cup and I'll do whatever I can to make that happen where I'm drafted.
