Smitty Attends Davos Training Camp

It's been a whirlwind past couple of days for now HC Davos Dynamo defenseman Smitty Werbenjagermanjensen. Recently selected 2nd overall, the young defenseman is joyed with joining the re-building Dynamo. While the results most likely won't be there on the ice next season, hard work is being put it both on and off the ice.

 

"I've only been in Davos for a short time, but everyone here has been extremely welcoming. I've been impressed with everyone's work ethic as well. Everyone is putting in the time at the practice facility and in the weight room. Speaking of that, the difference in quality in the training facilities between Ottawa and here is amazing. Don't get me wrong, Ottawa had some nice facilities, but the facilities and support staff available to a professional team just doesn't compare to that of a minor league team. I'm definitely excited to see my growth over the next couple of years."
