Werbenjagermanjensen Excited to Learn From Glade

DAVOS, SWITZERLAND - HC Davos Dynamo have had an exiting off-season. Through a myriad of trades involving moving up and down the draft board and adding star players to a young, up and coming roster, Dynamo fans have a lot to be excited for. However, they're not the only ones. Young defenseman Smitty Werbenjagermanjensen will now get the opportunity to learn from one of the best defensemen in the league, Shawn Glade. Glade was acquired as part of a multi-player deal with the Riga Reign.

 

(Chuckling) "Yeah, I think we all can learn something from Glade, but I'm especially looking forward to it. I've learned a lot from Jokinen, and nothing against him, but he isn't the same caliber player that Glade is, or that I aspire to be. Glade is a very good two-way defensemen, and that's what I'm striving to be as well. I might be able to teach him a thing or two about using your body and getting hits, but he'll have much more to show me."
