.cLassic 6
posted March 22nd 2014 Source - Sportsnet.ca What’s that they say about those with sour grapes? Some should ask newest VHLM Rookie Aaron Hartley who has made his VHLM debut this past week, slotting into the line-up after being picked up off of waivers by the Bern Royals. Hartley has been quiet in his first couple of games, playing on the 3rd forward line and has yet to register a point. And from the impression we are getting from the young rookie, it doesn’t seem as though he is too happy about his progress. Hartley talked a big game before making his debut with the Royals, but those who listened to him are beginning to wonder if he is simply all talk, no game. Hartley brushed off those remarks after the Royals’ last game, and had the following to say about his progression.“I’m playing on the third line, barely averaging ten minutes a game. What do you expect? I’m not *censored* superman, alright? Keep an eye out though, because things are going to pick up. I’m the next big thing in this league, and you’d better believe it.” Someone’s feeling a little sour, don’t you think? The Bern Royals have a solid team as it is, and are one of the best teams in the VHLM currently. Hartley might just have to get his attitude in check and learn that there is no I in TEAM.
