PotatoKing 46
Jeff Tates to Make his Beginnings in the VHLM The young winger Jeff Tates is set to make his entry into the VHLM shortly with his very first game in the league in Game 100 of this seasons, where the Saskatoon Wild will be facing off with the Mexico City Kings for the chance for one the two teams to end their current losing streak (2 for SSK, 3 for MEX). During practice, a nervous Tates gave a few words on his current shape in front of the few journalists at the skating rink: "My coach has been advising me to work on my defensive game so hopefully that will show against the Kings. I've been working with my teammates and they're great guys, really hoping we can take this one home with a W". Jeff Tates was signed by the Wild on July 21st and was recently listed as #66 top prospect in the S68 Draft Class Ranking without a single game to his name. Fans of the Saskatoon team should be on the lookout to see whether the new recruit can leave his mark in the upcoming game and the season in general. The Wild are currently in the middle of the VHLM Standings with 15 points at 17 games played, a difficult start of the season for the Saskatoon club.
