Firstly, I think it's a little too bright, and needs more contrast. Try playing with the adjustment layers like Contrast/Brightness, Curves, Vibrance, ect to really bring the whole thing together. I would also suggest you look up some lighting tutorials as lighting is very important in a sig to finish it off. I like the text, and the blending on this. Render looks good too. It's just overall too bright in the middle in my opinion. One thing I will say about the blending, which is really good btw, is that try to erase some stockwork over the face. It'll help avoid your sigs looking washed out.
