In an effort to steer the Wild hockey club in a different direction, the organization has released Joel, allowing him to explore other hockey opportunities within the VHLM. The Saskatoon Wild and General Manager Brett Slobodzian would like to thank Joel for all his contributions to the organization and wish him good luck in his future endeavors.
