You did a really good job with doing the jersey/logo swap, as that is something not too many people including myself are good at implementing especially when it is at an angle, good job! I also like the font and effect on the text, I think it is a good choice for the graphic. If I must nitpick, the model could use some editing to bring out the shadows and highlights to make the graphic look more dramatic. This could be as simple as using a camera raw filter on the render/model layer if you are using photoshop. Overall its a solid graphic and I want the name of that font so I can use it for future projects .
