S76 dispersal draft dominated by former tyrants

There is an odd amount of former world leaders and tyrants in the S76 VHLM dispersal draft that I can't explain. I don't know how this happens, I'm pretty sure this is a calculated effort somehow instead of some ridiculous coincidence but I figure I'd look at some of these guys to see how there doing. 

Firstly we got Napoleon Bonaparte ranked at 15th overall. I guess conquering all of Europe wasn't exciting enough for this dude so he decided to pick up a stick and made it all the way to the VHLM.

After him we got William of Orange AKA William the Third. This guy traded in his little holy pointy stick for a hockey stick and is now tearing shit up like he tore up Catholicism in England.

Just one spot behind William we have Alexander the Great conquering the VHLM like he conquered the middle east.

Lastly we got Genghis Khan, who is a lil chubby which explains why he isn't as good as the others.
