    I am new to this, I think I understand how to gain TPE but is there anything more in detail to help my player grow?

      Welcome! Your player improves with the points (or TPE) that you earn. You primarily can earn points through Point Tasks (PT), most of which can be found in THIS SECTION. 
       

      The main PTs are worth 6 TPE, while the supplemental ones can be worth 1-3 TPE. You can earn a maximum of 12 TPE per week from these PTs, but there are a few ways to earned “uncapped” TPE as well, such Fantasy, Practice Facility, and Career PTs that will allow you to earn more than 12 per week.
