Gucci Gets Covid Shot, Watches New Girl

While on vacation with family, Gucci was browsing through his morning digest when a link popped up regarding the covid vaccine being available locally near his off-season home.  "Absolutely, might as well get it taken care of.  Eventually we will probably be required to show proof of it, so I'd rather be assertive and get it done than being reactive and rushing to find it down the road," Gucci explained.

 

Some of the side effects have taken over his off-season lifting regimen, mostly the soreness and inability to move his left arm (where the shot was taken) above his chest.  The chills, a mild fever and headache have also been noticeable in the immediate few days after taking the shot.  "So yeah, I've basically just been laying on the couch, eating Jimmy Johns and watching New Girl from the first season and onward.  Classic comedy."  Other titles have included Meat Eater, Better Call Saul and 30 Coins on HBO (also John Oliver since it just started back up).

 

Gucci, with a somewhat disappointing rookie campaign, hopes to continue his defensive and skating progress this off-season in hopes of a more productive 2nd year with a progressive, young club in Los Angeles.
