Season 76 was a very exciting time for LA Stars prospect Nathan Steele. Not only did he nearly quintuple his point totals from last season, but he is capping off his time in the VHLM as a Founder's Cup champion with the Mexico City Kings.

"It still doesn't feel real to me," Steele said to reporters after the game. "Even standing there on the ice holding the cup over my head, it all felt like a wild dream. I couldn't ask for a better way to end my time in Mexico, and it's a memory I'll always cherish."

When asked about his future with Los Angeles, Steele had this to say:

"I've been watching them closely ever since they drafted me, and even though they didn't have a great year, I feel like I can make a solid difference. I'm willing to do everything in my power to help bring this team into playoffs and beyond, and I think they know that."

Steele is expected to make his VHL debut with the Stars in Season 77.
