Thoughts with Ledge

            Hey guys, it's Ledge back for this week's vhl.com article. Happy Easter, I hope you're having a good weekend. Anyway, I thought I'd throw together a collection of my thoughts about pretty much everything VHL-related I've thought. So yeah.

 

   First things first, the Reign. My pride and joy. Though I am not too involved in the managerial aspects of the AGM gig, it's cool to be able to provide help and frankly receive help and tips from my players and teammates. However, this season has gone less than swimmingly. After a slow and lazy start, we sort of picked up the pace a little before going steady at around .500 hockey. I mean, we're only 2 points out of a playoff spot, and we're currently behind Malmo and Davos of all teams. It shouldn't be overly difficult to pull of a postseason appearance, but nabbing a respectable seed will be the main focus of this season. 

 

              As for my player, Zetterstrom, things have gone decent considering the circumstances. Obviously I knew that I would share some of my PP and PK time once Rose and Zod arrived, and i'm very glad they did. I knew my point totals would come down because last season was mostly a fluke, and Z is a defensive defenceman anyway. Not a huge deal, compared to some of my teammates like McJake and McLaren who seem to be unfairly cursed with scoring issues.
