CharaZardd7 11
Jonas Schweinsteiger (JS for short) is still brand new to the league. He doesn’t have much to show for himself yet, but he’s been absolutely on point as far as now. JS has managed to rack up 15 assists in his 10 game stent with the Kings, showing he has an extremely good passing game. Along side this are his 21 hits and 15 shot blocks showing he isn’t afraid to get down and dirty and do what’s needed to be done to get the win. While Mexico City hasn’t been known for their winning ability this season, the defensive core has done a miraculous job with what they have. With a short roster, JS is getting extremely lengthy playing minutes in each game, however, he still presses on trying his best with every last stride. Pros: • Excellent passing game, he’s still new and already putting up crazy point totals per game showing he is a future phenom to be watched closely • Excellent stamina, JS is only ½ defenders on the Kings, getting more playing minutes then the average player yet he still manages to put up competitive numbers • JS is extremely active in the locker room, and always makes himself available to help out teammates and inspire the guys before a game • While he has no goals, JS has 12 shots in 10 games showing he’s still able to push past the opposition and get a shot off • Zero giveaways, JS is extremely accurate with his passing and has decent agility allowing him to keep the puck away from the opposition Cons: • Penalty minutes, while JS is nowhere near the leaders in penalty minutes, he is spending too much time in the box with 12 PIM in 10 games • While JS is willing to block shots, he hasn’t blocked near as many as the team was hoping for • Late to the team, JS was a late addition to the team, so for this draft, there isn’t enough data to show his consistency as of yet • Slap shot, JS still has no goals to show for himself, he still needs to put some work in on his slap shot so he can start to put the puck in the net in key moments when we need him So, as you can see, JS is still incredibly nee to the league, but it seems he’s found his footing quite easily and we can expect to see some big things from this rookie in the near future!
