Eagles trying out new stick

Tom was seen with a new stick heading into the teams pre-season training and he seems to have more control over the puck.

" Yeah, I switched things up this season. Trying something new " said Tom " I have been working on my puck handling and my old stick just wasn't cutting it for what I wanted to do so I had a stick made custom to what I needed"

 

It also seems like this new stick has given him more lift in his shots. In a potential break out season where it will be determined if Eagles can be an all-star, any help he can get is always a plus. 

In other news, the Wranglers have been practicing with their new lines and they have been looking good. The team has lots of depth in all positions and if they can find chemistry early, this will be a team to watch out for. With the off-season acquisitions and 2 solid picks in the draft, we believe this team is now ready to compete for a shot at the cup.
