The colors all work together, and the different stripes cut up the sea of dark blue and give some pop. The logo is very good and the anchors as the shoulder logos look really good. The colors also go with the theme of watchmen and water. Overall this design is very good, it isn't the most exciting graphic, obviously because it's a jersey, so overall I'll give this a 7/10.
