The Seattle Bears have been one of the top teams for awhile now and have made the finals several times, maybe they skated their way through to the big show with STHS on their side during a few but this season it's clear they were ready for another run at the Continental Cup. Changing things up and adding a couple secret weapons, both James Rose and Venus Thightrap filled the holes left by Jim Bob, Randy Marsh, Odin Omdahl and Phoenix Dawson, they also gave up General Zod for a more extravagant Kankkunen to help improve a little more to reach last seasons overall. Making the moves and having a developing depth was all the team needed to go up against the younger teams in the league, now they have another shot at making history in the upcoming week.

Looking at the competition, Warsaw climbed all the way to the top of the standings with smart strategies to get themselves home ice advantage, when you look at their depth it looks like they only have 7 players at 80 overall (Rounding everything up, looking at the index) and a slept on Prague whose down in the series right now has about 9.5 (Seattle is at the top with 10 complete 80 overall players). I think players that should make the biggest difference at the ones that surpassed the 81 threshold honestly just because they stick out, Prague's Jim Bob (82), Thomas Landry II (85) and the Bear's James Rose(83), no mention of a top player for the Predators so they become the true underdog team with only a couple of true all-star talents on the defensive side of things. Either way both teams will make for a great final, if it's the best team during the season who knows how to navigate or an equally as strong squad thirsty for the win with wingers galore, without a doubt though Seattle was built for it.

Obviously STHS can be a pain in the ass and nothing is set in stone, so none of this is really true but I wanted to know what we are going up against during the S79 playoffs, before I would have said obviously Prague but after seeing their complete roster compared to the depleted Warsaw roster, maybe they are the easier win and they aren't too far away ;)
