Ori sat on the bench, watching the last 20 seconds of the match slowly drain away, down 4-1 it was over. While they went down 3-0 in the series they had manged to battle back and win two in a row but Yukon wasn't going to let it go any further. The buzzer sounded and Yukon member through off their gear and started to celebrate. Ori rested his head on the bench wall in front of him. So close yet so far. He got up and joined his teammates on the ice as they put their sticks up for the home crowd and left the ice. Hugs followed and small talk, Laine came in and talked to the team, thanking them for their effort and congratulating them for getting to the final even though the cup was not achieved, what they accomplished was still very special, you should cherish any deep run.

In the 14 games played Ori scored 3 goals and 9 assists for 12 points. 12 points tied him for fifth most points with two other teammates, Jocke Jockesson and Gary Taratino ||. We always mention it, faceoff wise 530 taken and a 63.02 win percentage, best on the team of anyone that took 26 or more. Through 399 minutes of time on ice Ori only had one penalty. What Ori has to look forward to now is the VHL draft, he is the highest rated center and at times has been the highest rated Canadian player.
