Okay, so let me level with you all:

 

Being a hitting force in the VHL ain’t easy. Much like any type of athlete, it’s not just what you do on the ice, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The real work is off the ice.

 

I workout 6 times a week, regardless of the amount of games I play. My alarm goes off at 4:30 no matter where I am. I get up, make my shake, and am at the gym before 5:30. 
 

I vary my workouts. Generally I don’t keep the same program for more than 8 weeks. I constantly challenge myself. Pus myself harder. 
 

I think I am doing the right thing the right way. I’m getting results on the ice now. So I will not deter from my routine.
