Wranglers disappointed

There was a lot of disappointment in the Wranglers locker room after a surprising crash out of the wildcard playoffs. The Wranglers who were favorites to win, lost the series 3-2 to DC.

Tom Eagles had 7 points in 5 games for the Wranglers but it was not enough to help the team advance.

 

" It's just disappointing, I can't even put it into words. We have made the playoffs 3 out of the last 4 seasons but this has have go to be the worst one" Tom said " We were expected to win, the players knew we could win and somehow it just all fell apart in that last game. Sometimes it's how the game goes but damn...you know?"

While this post-season was disappointing for the Wranglers, they know they have one more shot next season to go for the cup with there core group of players and you can bet they will once again give it their all to finally bring the cup back home to Calgary.
