Eagles given an A

Before the season began, Tom Eagles, was awarded an A by the Calgary Wranglers. This will be his first time sporting a letter on his jersey.

 

" I am proud to wear this A on my jersey and try to help the Wranglers get to the cup " said Tom " It's always an honor getting a letter and especially since in the Wranglers organization the players vote on who they want to be the Captain and Assistants. I do believe we have a solid team this season and I we also have a great leadership group that will help us along the way"

 

The Wranglers have started the season well as they hold a 6-2 record. This has been helped by Tom's hot start who currently has 12 points in 8 games. This has been a big change for Tom's game versus the last few seasons where he has started off slow. If Tom and the Wranglers can keep this pace going, they will surely emerge as one of the favorites to win it all this season.
