Just let the VHLE take you in, become part of it and do not stay away from the challenge!

We are right now the most competitive league and will probably remain this way for a season or two. Your player has a chance to make history in the league so don't stay away and be angry about it, just join your locker rooms, enjoy the moment and be immersed in this glorious experience. 

There have been situations when players have said they are not going to play in the VHLE and I think that even though it is a fine decision, they are going to be missing out on a huge opportunity, an opportunity to experience something brand new. It is like giving up on a chance to see a live unicorn. Also, I feel like the connection between VHLM and VHLE is going to be the key to make VHLE the league for everyone, GMs from both leagues have to strive to find common ground and help players understand that VHLE is not just a stepping stone between VHLM and VHL, it is a lot more than that - VHLE is a league that is there to make the sim experience fun for everyone and also make it sure that VHL teams are not overburdened by  200 TPE players that have just graduated after dominating VHLM. VHLE can help players understand their own role on a more stacked team and what their future holds, it can prepare players not to be hugely disappointed about how well they will do in their first season. 

Oh well, in the end, I think that we will see players be angry and annoyed about VHLE but there is nothing we can really do about that except hope that time will help to change that narrative.
