FBR 158
The regular season is here. After a bit of confusion in the VHL during the off-season , the players we're back in "real" action this week. After winning the bronze medal with the U.S.S.R team at the S34 World Cup , Evgeny Namestnikov is looking to improve his game compared to last season. It started really slow for the Russian. Namestnikov didn't do a lot for the Legion during during the Pre-S35.The Legion prospect compiled a dissapointing 0+0=0 in 2 games agaisnt Vasteras and Davos. He sticked to his gameplay and hit every player that he could with 4 hits during those two games. The Legion started the season with two games. Seattle and Quebec were their opponents. Agaisnt Quebec , Namestnikov scored his first goal of the campaign (Legion's first goal of the season) in a 4-2 loss. He finished the game with a -1 ratio , 1 hit and 1 shot blocked. In a victory agaisnt the Bears , Namestnikov scored his second goal of the season , aslo combining a hit , 6 shots and a +2 ratio. He's up to a good start and all the city of Toronto is hoping that he's going to keep compiling the points.. and his huge hits.
