Not sure really what to think of it. I have a lot of experience in the sport but the transition to wing isn't going as easy as I thought it would. I assumed I would just go out there and my natural athletic ability would take over. I feel like the best athlete on the ice, but I'm just not able to get that damn puck in the net. I think it all has to do with the repetitions. I've kicked my training regimen up a notch and have primarily focused on scoring for the time being. I know I'm better than my stats display. That combined with the team I play on haven't allowed me to really showcase my true abilities out there. Oh well. I don't care about when I get drafted, just where. Going to the right spot is more important to me than a check or higher standards anyway. I'm a budding star in this damn league and a team that goes out on a limb and drafts me will be able to see that first hand.
