Los Angeles Stars forward Henri le Massif is off to his best start yet.  The winger, who is in his 3rd VHL season is finally starting to show what he can do.  At the time of writing he has 26 points (11G 15A) in 23 games.  For anyone bad at math, that means he is sitting at just a little over a point per game.  To put that into perspective, he is just 9 points behind his total performance for his rookie season, and 20 points behind his performance for all of last season.  With 49 games to go in the season, it’s all but guaranteed he will have his best season.

The Frenchman also continues to be a physical presence on the ice.  He is currently 15th in the league, and leading his team, with 96 hits.  In terms of time in the sin bin, he does lead the team in that department but is much further down the list in the league when compared to his hits.  This shows the improved maturity in Henri as he has become better at picking the right spots to get physical.
