Review: Pretty neat idea that you are going for here. I love the shatter effect, it reminds me of shattering glass and I find that to be cool. The jersey swap is noticeable and I'm glad you decided to add that detail. The effect hides the logo and you could have just left the logo alone but making sure you had the logo swapped is a great practice and just overall good for immersion. The colours work to let the player stand out. And once again, that shatter design is so cool. Font choice was great as well. My only problem is that I think you should have a render of the player in front of the shatter effect player background. Having the player hidden behind the effect would be fine if there was a more noticeable photo of the player, which there isn't. For a main render/focus on the photo, it does not really work. Other than that, pretty cool.
