Toronto has clinched playoffs

 The Y beside the Toronto Legion name means a lot more to Toronto then you may think. We are a rebuilding team that had been playing out of our minds for the whole season. My player Armani Calamari has managed to get over 50 points so far with 53 points. He is probably not in the Rookie Of The Year conversation, but honestly I feel like he has exceeded any expectations I could have had for him. He actually celebrated with champagne when the coach announced that they made playoffs after the win against LA.

 

While I honestly don't expect us to get that far in the playoffs, I do realize that getting there was an accomplishment in of itself. We have a lot to build on in Toronto and we can only get better from here on out as the players keep earning well. It is an exciting time to be a Toronto player and fan, and I can't wait to see us continue to grow. Armani himself Is extremely happy to be playing well for his hometown team, and he is hoping to at least play well in the playoffs. If my understanding is correct, we have the wildcard game against Calgary so we will see them in the playoffs!
