Where would I rank the new Riga Reign logo?

At this point I can't remember exactly when the new logo was released, pretty sure it was over a season ago. I feel it's time I share my opinion on it and where I would place it, if you read my VHL team logo rankings you'll know I ranked the old logo very low, second lowest actually and one of two that I thought needed reworks. I'm glad to see that has happened and they did a great job!!

First of all the much improved detail, just look at it man, look at all that shading and fur and the details on the crown! I love the white as it gives it almost this look of being soulless and isn't going to hold back. This logo makes me think the team is going to body check me every chance they get has a strong offense, like one wrong move and your dead! It's baring it's fangs ready to go in for the kill. So how much does it move up? Well a lot, I think this logo does deserve to be in the top tier, do I like it more than the Phoenix logo though? ehh.... I think I'm gonna say no, it's damn close and maybe this one will grow on my overtime but it does still move up to number five for me, so jumping up ten spots is still really good. I will also commend them for not putting the team name on the logo, not every team has to do that.
