Of course it is not a masterpiece what some people put out here, but for someone, Im assuming, who does graphics just for this league or as a hobby, I can see the work put into it. Maybe the whole thing is little bit too red and adding other colours would have been nice, but in general the composition is there and doesn't suck. The jersey swap is made quite well, at least in my books. I see that you tried to work on a good background and while it's not the worst, it definitely is not the best, but the idea could work with better execution. Kinda wish the metal plate background and the team line would blend together bit better. The text is quite large, but clean. Personally don't like the size of the piece, especially if it was like a signature.
