Vegas Golden Knights Road Trip through the South East

After a amazing game and overtime win for the Golden Knights as they showed up in front of their fans they ship themselves off for a road trip against the most Southeastern teams in the league. They started in Washington as they faced the Capitals and their almost ancient top goal scorer Alex Ovechkin. They come into Washington and shut them out as even though the offense wasn't there as the Knights only got 1 goal Robin Lehners performance in the back end won the game. They only have one day to pack up and head down to Raleigh, North Carolina to play a Bunch of Jerks. They start Brossoit in net where his performance is below average as they go to loose in overtime fashion to the Canes. They have a day to travel as they have to had down to the sunny Miami, Florida to take on the Panthers who this season have been on fire. Even when starting the better goalie in Lehner the knights fall to the almighty Panthers in a 4-1 Loss. At the end of their road trip they head off to play the former back to back champions who do not seem to have the spark this year in the Lightning. Knights were up by 2 heading into the third but the Lightning make a valiant effort to come back only to lose in the shootout.
