Review:

 

I can tell you're getting started, and that's great! You have some basics down--your player render (the picture of your player) is on its own layer, you picked a background, and you put some effects on the text.

 

There's a lot to explain about graphics, but read this post for some very useful information.

 

For a bit of advice separate from that, keep in mind that your player should be the first thing I notice when I look at the graphic. Right now, I notice the text and the logos (and even the big empty space right in the middle) before I notice your player's picture. Try making the player bigger--in my opinion, a player render should generally take up at least a third of the space you're using.

 

Right now--5/10. It's a start, but keep working at it and try something new with every graphic you make.
