I like how it retains the general colours and shape of the object yet adds some texture to the render. The logo swap is great in terms of it fitting with the torso area of the jersey and the blur/effect makes it look like aspects of the jersey (especially the numbers) are shining or glowing a bit and I think that is a very cool effect to have on a player. It's simple and it looks great with a plain black background. As for feedback, I'm not the biggest fans of graphics without text so it would be nice to have text or something denoting any kind of information. I also wish the face was visible, though, that's a pretty minor thing.
