Da Trifecta 1,902
Klaus Discovers The Witches Klaus has been living life normally as any vampire would. Trying to blend in and not get noticed by the people. He even joined the VHLM in which he got picked up off waivers from the Oslo Storm. He has been enjoying himself with hockey but also has been maintaining things in New Orleans. Of course Oslo isn't in the United States, but that makes no difference for Klaus. His super speed allows him to get from Oslo to New Orleans in a matter of about 30 minutes. One day when he was walking around New Orleans, he discovered some witches casting magic spells around town. He was displeased when he found out. Of course witches are natural enemies of vampires. Klaus had remembered his last encounter with a witch. It was not quite pleasant and he tries to leave it in his past. Once he found the witches, he threatened to kill them all unless they stopped practicing magic in the french quarters. Of course this would not stop them as they would just do it behind his back. But once he caught them, they would pay the ultimate price which is their life. He even managed to keep a witch hostage to track when other witches would be casting magic spells. If the witch that Klaus had detected magic, she would inform him and he would immediately pay them a visit. Of course this witch had been taken away from her family when she was younger. She was to be a sacrifice when she was real young, but Klaus came in and saved her. So basically she owed her life to him and that is why she is against all the other witches. Klaus would see to it that all the witches who went behind his back and disobeyed his orders, would pay. One day, he caught a witch doing magic by herself. He immediately swooned in and grabbed her by the neck and lifted her up off the ground. He said that if she continued to use magic, he would rip her throat out. Of course that would be the last we seen of her as she would stay out of Klaus' sight. She made sure he never saw her again. He tried to keep order in the city and maintain his dominance as the toughest specie out there. With his brother Elijah living in the same house and their sister Rebekah, they all watched over the city. They made sure that everyone knew that they were the one in control. They had an eye and ear into every conversation that happened around New Orleans. The witches would always try to get away with using magic in the old cemetery which a bunch of old witches were buried in. The vampires were not allowed in there as the ancestors of the witches hated all things unnatural except each other. There was a spell that was cast which made it so no vampire could enter the cemetery. That is where most of the witches would go to cast magic, but once they did and if Klaus caught on, he would be there and kill them instantly. The witch problems has been kept under order ever since he found out about them.
