Marlins feel amazing despite rough seas

It was another fun, hard working evening for the San Diego Marlins and team leader Tyler Busser added to his numbers with a primary assist on the first goal of the night, unfortunately the team ended up losing to a surging Miami squad 3-2 after late game goal but spirits are still high in the locker room going into the next sim.

Looking a little closer at the efforts of Tyler Busser it seems like he's been all over the place and maintained a top spot in the line up collecting points every game as a PP specialist, making smart hits and has also stepped up as a go to player in the shootout while maintaining a positive plus/minus.

One thing that we don't notice and needs to be worked on is taking bad penalties though, especially since his linemates Jordan Bennett and David Cobberson have a combined 64 hits and 29 penalty minutes in just 12 games, another area they could all work on is shooting percentage, on 117 shots the combo has only scored 9 goals and have the worst shooting percentage compared to any other of San Diego's lines.

A positive attribute going forward is the chemistry they've had, the trio just needs to develop a little more patience with the puck and we are confident they'll all get going soon enough so there's no need more a line change anytime soon.

Off the ice it's been all laughs and a fun enviorment for everybody, sharing stories, eating meals and training together to get the most of a quick season, definitley a treat for the fans who've been waiting for a team with multiple highlight reel performers to brag about and a management that's thrilled to potentially have a full house in attendance all season.
