Kendrick 4,741
The Saskatoon Wild have made it out of their first round clash with the Brampton Blades alive, or very close to alive. The series went down to seven games and the Wild were victorious when their second line decided to come through big. Oskars Karumpf, Jarome Iginla and veteran Ashton Galbraith put their stamp on the seven game series tonight. The Wild walked out of Brampton with a 4-2 win and now have to face the Ottawa Lynx who are waiting for them a short drive away. The Wild are worn out and physically suffering but need to stay focused if they want to beat the high powered Ottawa squad that features some of the leagues more talented forwards. The Wild hope to bring a strong defensive game and excite their own fans by shutting their opponent out as much as possible. The second line depth will be key for the Saskatoon Wild moving forward.
