Stella Artois is a pretty good beverage, you're right that it should be served cold. It's not something I drink often, but when I do I like to also have a side shot of Jameson to go with it. Something about that combo feels correct. Milkshakes falling from the sky would be absolutely disgusting the day after. Sticky, curdling milkshake all over the place is less than ideal.
