VHLM Early Playing:

 

Niklaus Mikaelson was allowed early entrance into the VHLM. He was placed on the waiver wire and he was allowed to play for a team for the rest of the season. The Oslo Storm would claim him and he would be starting in the net for them. GM Don Draper would make a few more waiver claims after picking up Klaus and would start a run at a championship. The Oslo Storm have went to the playoffs and they faced the Moscow Red Wolves. The Red Wolves would turn out to be a tough opponent as the games would be taken to overtime. The Storm however, would go on to sweep the Red Wolves in the first round. The second round brought the Bern Royals up as their opponents. The Storm made a complete mockery of the Royals and would advance to the Finals.

 

VHLM Season 40 Outlook:

 

As of right now, Klaus does not know where he will end up for the 40th season of the VHL. He is set to be a free agent and has heard that GM Don Draper would try to bring him back. Of course that would be good for Klaus as he will be coming back to some of his teammates. The locker room that he is in, is a great place and he really likes it. The first pick in the VHLM draft belongs to the Minot Gladiators and the second pick belongs to the Bratislava Watchmen. The Oslo Storm are sitting in fifth place. If Don Draper wants to bring back Klaus, he would have to find a way to trade for him either before or after the draft. Of course rumors have been swirling around that the GM of the Minot Gladiators wants to bring in his own player, Teuvo Ruutu. We don't know what will happen for sure just yet.

 

 

 

Season 39:

 

Klaus has been the goalie ever since the trade deadline. His agent, Da Trifecta, dumped off his last client, Davey Jones to bring in Klaus. Klaus got the chance to start 27 games for the team as the netminder and he has been happy ever since then. The Oslo Storm has been good to him and ever since Klaus came in, they have opened up to him with open arms. His numbers aren't exactly something to get excited over and he is hoping that he gets a chance to have better numbers with a full season under his belt. He will be playing season 40 in the VHLM as per the rule of needing 175 TPE to play in the VHL.

Overall Outlook:

 

Klaus is turning out to be a franchise player. He has all the tools that are needed. He has been working his tail off to get practice hours in. He makes sure that he works out daily and he intends on getting better every season. While it may be early in his career, he is pretty sure that he will turn into a star in this league. It will all be in due time but he already can't wait for his chance to show what he is made of. His top current goal right now is to go first overall. With the competition being rather slim, he is only worried about Teuvo Ruutu unseating him for that top spot. Klaus will be a household name one day and he is already looking forward to the 40th season, despite having to play in the Finals still. This kid is going to be a stud.
