Effort: 2/2 - Text, stock work, blending, lighting, effects, you have it.

Look: 2.25/3 - I'm not a fan of the text and green lighting bits. The coloring is all over the place. On the bright side I do like the glass bottom look and I can see where you were going with this as a mini-wallpaper type thing but it needs some help.

Creativity: 1/1 - Sure

Effort: 2/2 - Yes I'd say you have just enough here.  

Look: 2/3 - My main problem here is the contrast between the jersey of the render and the background.  I think if you would have picked a render with a blue, black or red jersey, it would have worked a lot better.  The Moscow Red Wolves text placement is okay, but the Jose Conseco text needs to be moved down to the middle.  Other than that, this is a big improvement on your other pieces, and it's nice to see you taking our advice.
