Landon hasn’t left the Wranglers practice facility for about 3 weeks now. He found a comfy spot in the broom closet and has sort of built a home there. Definitely not because of his lack of actual housing. I mean who can afford a house these days, but like if anyone could you’d expect a pro athlete could. So what does Landon do in the days leading into a season? Well first off a lot of idle pacing. Can’t be on the ice all the time, there’s like minor league games and such that happen. So the rest of the time he just walks around the halls, skates on. His ankle strength is insane now, but his feet are starting to smell pretty bad. He tries to have at least 1 afternoon nap, just before tea time. Then he journals for a bit, and ticks another day off the offseason calendar before heading to bed, hoping that the season could just start already.
