I always get hyped for a rookie design, it just adds to the realism and creates for an interesting start to a career, maybe that's just me though. The things I'd change though are the quality of the render and the text are hard to see, and there's a lot of open space here. The open space could be used to make the player bigger or add more depth to the picture but instead it's just kind of...there.
