der meister 3,187
Another week of scorching hot summer. Another week of me putting off my .com piece until nearly the last possible moment. So what should we examine today? My most recent media spot was a bit of a fluff piece, teasing the relationship between Ryuji and Ann, but I did do a little bit of a highlight of Paul Atreides, Toronto's leading scorer. With 79 points in 63 games, Atreides is 10th in the league [ironically, Duncan Idaho is 2nd, leaving The Chosen One in the dust, or perhaps sand]. I guess what I want to focus on the most is how big of a gap there is between the VHLE and the VHL. I mean, sure, it's obviously a different league, but to give it a real world spin, the VHLM is like the USHL, the VHLE is like the AHL, and the VHL is like the NHL. I always think of Chris Taylor, who was a superstar in the AHL with multiple 100+ point seasons in the OHL, multiple AHL campaigns at a point-per-game or higher, but could never really crack an NHL lineup. Transitioning from the E feels a lot like that. diacope 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/124702-uninspired-title-for-an-end-of-july-com/ Share on other sites
