The lighting is all over the place (too bright in the middle,, too dark at the edges) and the text has major issues. The font choice is bad, it doesn’t blend at all, it’s too far from the render, etc. It does appear like you’re still new to this so keep trying new things but this does need some work. Look: 2.25/3 - The lighting could use work, the render is pretty low quality but you do have the blending which isn`t my favorite with the smudge but hey you did it at least.
