After a couple exciting day of Play-in hockey, the final 8 Quarter Finals (Conference Semi-Finals) are about to begin in the VHL. We found time to speak with Calgary Wranglers sophomore defenseman AirRig GoodBrandSun @Rhynex Entertainmentt, whose team has just eliminated the Toronto Legion in the Wildcard Play-in series.

 

Reporter: Hello AirRig! Good to see you again so soon! Congratulations in winning the Wildcard games! You will be facing the D.C. Dragons, who are the leaders of the regular season in the North American conference. How are your preparations for this series?

 

AG: Hello. Thank you! D.C. is a very good and strong team. It's going to be a tough series. We just got to play our game and get better, give it a 110% every shift. It's going to be a fun challenge!

 

Reporter: You had a very nice series against Toronto in the Wildcard series, how are you going to bring that game into the series against D.C?

 

AG:  I just got to give it my all. Keeping my game simple has helped a lot. Let the game play itself and play hard every shift.
