Eagles ejected in game 3

It was a start Henry Eagles will want to forget, 35 seconds into his first shift Henry got ejected for instigating a fight. Henry is not known as a fighter but he had to stand up for his team-mate.

 

" One of Istanbuls guy, JP, cross checked our top scorer. We had no fighters on the ice at the point so I just jumped in to show him that's not acceptable" Henry says " Maybe it wasn't the smartest thing to do as I got ejected and our team lost but you always have to stand up for your team-mates."

It is not known if the ejection changed the outcome of the game and the team was also not happy that Henry was the only one ejected from the game after a physical and rough start by the Istanbul team.

 

Bratislava lost game 3 4-2 to go down 2-1 in the series but the game as sure an exciting one for the fans as there was multiple fights very early in the game.
