Look: 1.5/3 - I think the renders are a bit too small, and the glows around them don't work. I would make the renders a bit bigger, and place them closer to the logo. The background feels a bit messy to me, and banners, at least imo work better with something a bit more simple. You always want to be able to pull colours from your render and use them in your graphics, so the yellow on the Chara render doesn't really work with this particular background. Look: 1.5/3 - I think the chara render sticks out like a sore thumb here being the only thing yellow. I also think the glow around the renders doesn't fit the banner very well and is distracting.
