Streaky Start to Strasmore's Season

We would not call it exactly a "streaky" start - except we did, because we are suckers for alliteration. 

 

However, the young, strong, defenseman has indeed shown some great glimpses of talent over his first 4 games of the season.

 

Calgary find themselves clear atop of the North American Conference with a 3-1-1 record, and although Strasmore only tallied one assist in the four games - he started off showing us his defensive capabilities. 

 

Strasmore blocked 5 shots against Davos, limited the damage done, while going on to dish out 6 huge hits against LA, helping his team to a Shoot out victory. 

 

Strasmore is definitely the green defensman on the team - but he's trying to play like he's been with the team for a long time - which bodes well for team chemistry and pairing up the d-men.

 

Of course, it's so early in the season, everything can change - but let's see how far Strasmore can stretch this decent start!
