I would also put the text lines together, one on top of the other, or make the size of the text smaller, so it fits better like the hill sig you're wearing. Blending is actually pretty good, but the stock work could be improved imo. It's not bad, per se, but I think it looks kind of plain. The render could also use some lighting as well, to make it a little less dull and bring the whole sig together. Look: 2.25/3 - agree with the above statements about the text and the stock work. I feel like a solid lighting source would really help here as well.
