Halfway

Halfway through the season and we still have a bit of work to do. We really haven't found that magic formula that would make us a bit more consistent. I believe we have the talent to put up a good fight once we get everyone on the same page. It isn't for the lack of trying. The team seems deeply dedicated to becoming better. The players as well have been pushing hard to reach that next level of performance needed to be successful. I feel we will be much better in the second half of the season. There has been some positive signs that point to success in the future.

 

I still have issues with this new hybrid system, I do see the reason for it and it had to be implemented. I think some tuning to it would be in order but that's just my opinion. Just do the weekly tasks and move on. At some point it might start to make sense.
